General Information

Online orders can be easily placed through our website. For Purchase Orders (POs), please scroll down for more information. Should you have any questions about ordering, please email sales@robosource.net and we will be happy to help you. Shipping Information

Robosource ships most orders by FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Ground, or the US Postal Service. We are pleased to offer very low rates on 2 Day shipping service, starting at just $6.95, and often for the same price as ground shipping. Some bulky or large items are not available for 2 Day shipping, such as storage products.

Checkout & Payment

After adding all items to your cart you can checkout as a guest or by creating an account on our SSL secured site. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

Sales Tax & Tax Exemptions

Robosource.net is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders in Massachusetts only. If you have a Massachusetts tax exemption, please email sales@robosource.net. If you are located outside of Massachusetts there is no need to send us your tax exempt documents.

Order Processing Times & Stock Status

Most orders are processed and shipped the same or the next business day. Some items on your order may be out of stock at the time of ordering, and due to technical limitations, this may not be accurately displayed on the website at all times. Whenever possible, we will ship all in stock items on an order and place those that are out of stock on backorder. Backorders will be shipped once available at no additional cost.

International Orders

International shipping rates shown are estimates and lower-cost options may be available. Please email sales@robosource.net for a shipping quote. International orders (shipped outside the USA) may be charged import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees by local government agencies and/or the shipping carrier. These are the responsibility of the customer and outside of Robosource's control.

Purchase Orders

Robosource, LLC is happy to accept official Purchase Orders from schools or educational institutions. If you need a W-9 from us, please send an email to sales@robosource.net. To place an order with a PO, follow these steps:

1. Email a scan of your purchase order to sales@robosource.net. All orders are subject to review for net 30 eligibility at our discretion.
2. We will verify your order and you will be emailed an acknowledgement of your order.
3. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and an invoice for your order by email.
4. Full payment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice in the form of a mailed check.

We reserve the right to require payment before shipment or refuse a purchase order for any reason. These terms may be subject to change.

PAYMENT for your order must be received in full within 30 calendar days of the date shown at the top of your invoice. Payment is accepted by mailed check or, upon request, credit card. Your invoice is in United States Dollars, and payment is accepted in US funds only.

LATE PAYMENTS are subject to a 2% monthly charge, compounded monthly, on all overdue invoices.

DISCREPANCIES. If there are discrepancies between the products ordered and received, you should inform Robosource, LLC as soon as possible. Backordered items will be shipped once available, and in the case of long delays for backordered items, extensions to the 30 day payment deadline may be granted upon request.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item purchased at Robosource.net you may do so for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Purchased items can be returned within 30 calendar days of the date they were delivered (based on tracking information), or 45 days of the shipment date if the package is not trackable, provided they are in new and unused condition and include any applicable original packaging. Before returning an item, please contact sales@robosource.net to receive full instructions on how to return an item. Following the information provided, you may ship the items back to us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using an option with tracking. Once the item arrives at our facility, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product (after discounts), excluding shipping charges. Any storage products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions: This return policy only applies to standard products publicly available to all customers on Robosource.net. Any special arrangements, which may include but are not limited to custom products, custom cutting, bulk purchases at reduced prices, or any other non-standard products are not applicable to this return policy, and as such any of these products are not returnable unless agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

Competition Legality of Parts

Any statements about the legality of a product for use in the VEX Robotics Competition are made based on the information available at the time of publishing, are provided as a reference only, and Robosource makes no guarantee of their accuracy. Competition rules may change and it is the customer's responsibility to verify legality of any parts they wish to use in a competition in accordance with the current official rules. Robosource cannot be responsible for any rules changes that may render previously purchased parts not competition legal and cannot offer any refunds, compensation, or exceptions to the return policy as a result of changes to official VEX Robotics Competition rules.

Percentage-Discount Coupon Code Terms

Coupon valid until the indicated date for orders placed on www.robosource.net. Coupon may be combined only with monthly free offers; coupon may not be combined with any other offers or coupons. Limit 1 coupon redemption per customer. Discount does not apply to shipping, tax­­­, and certain products including tool kits where indicated, Robox bags, and any storage products that are listed with Free Shipping. Not valid on prior purchases. Robosource, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
